Annual Report 2025-26

Good Evening to one & all

Good evening to everyone present here.

I extend a warm welcome to our Chief Guest Dr. Sunita Verma, our President Shri Ravindra Somvanshi Sir, respected trustees, parents, teachers, well-wishers, and dear students. We are grateful for your presence at our 32nd Annual Function.

As we come to the end of the academic year 2024–25, I am pleased to present the Annual Report of our school. This year has been a journey of learning, improvement, achievements, and new initiatives. Our school has proudly completed 32 years of dedicated service in the field of education since its establishment in 1994.

Academic Achievements

Academic excellence has always been our priority. We are proud to announce that our Class X and Class XII Board Results were outstanding, with 100% pass percentage.

In Class X, Adwait Bhosle and Vinayak Madanpuriya were the school toppers.

In Class XII, Divyan Bhadoriya (PCM) and Harshali Silawat (PCB) secured the highest marks.

In the Commerce stream, Nidhish Lashkarkar and Rudra Kanojiya topped with excellent scores.

Many of our students have also qualified for professional and competitive courses such as MBBS, IIT, NIT, CA, and CS, making us proud.

Special Achievements

We feel honoured to highlight the achievement of our alumnus Bhavya Agrawal, who won a silver medal at the International Maths Olympiad in London, completed his undergraduate degree at MIT, USA, and is now pursuing his PhD in Artificial Intelligence at Carnegie Mellon University. His success is a great inspiration for all our students.

Staff & Their Contribution

Our school family includes 52 dedicated teachers and 15 support staff. Their effort, patience, and teamwork play a major role in shaping our students’ future. Along with regular academics, teaching of physical education, yoga, music, and dance contribute to the holistic growth of children as well as staff.

Skill Development & Workshops

Throughout the year, several workshops, seminars, and training sessions were conducted for both teachers and students.

Counselling sessions were organised especially for board students to guide them regarding exam strategies and career choices. These sessions helped students gain confidence and clarity.

Celebrations & Events

School life is incomplete without celebrations. This year, we celebrated:

Guru Purnima,Ganeshotsav,Janmashtami,Navratri & Dandiya,Diwali,Independence Day,

Teacher’s Day.  Each celebration brought joy, unity, and positive energy to the campus.

Scholastic & Co-scholastic Activities

The school looks at each learner as a unique whole person with inherent genius, special capabilities and unlimited potential by providing a conductive and encouraging environment the students are mentored to participate in a variety of inter school activities, for that we have four houses –shivaji house,pratap house ,vivekanand house and subhash house .To coordinate all house activities and  events Mrs. Ruchi Sharma designated as convener and Mrs. Komal Saroshe designated as coordinator .

Haridra Lashkarkar was selected as Head girl and Sparsh Maheshwari as a head boy of the school.Krishna Kumkar is nominated as a School Captain .

To encourage creativity and confidence, our students participated in a variety of inter-school competitions. We also organised an Inter-School Poem Recitation Competition under the Indore Sahodaya Group.

 I am also  happy to share that many promises we made last year have been successfully fulfilled. We have developed a proper and well-organized lunch area for our students. We have also added a new bus to our transport facility to ensure safe and comfortable travel for our children.Our new trustee members also planned some future development programs.

These facilities reflect our commitment to providing better infrastructure and opportunities.

And  I am  also proud to say that most of the things were successfully completed according to that plan. One of our major promises was to start Rifle Shooting classes. I am delighted to announce that we have launched our Rifle Shooting Academy, giving our students a chance to explore and excel in this unique sport.

 I am also grateful to all trustee members for the continued assistance & guidance at all times.

Health, Hygiene & Yoga

Good health leads to better learning. For this purpose:

Regular health check-ups were conducted.

45-minute yoga sessions for students and teachers are organised daily.

These practices promote fitness and mental discipline.

Sports Achievements

Sports play an important role in building confidence and team spirit.

Our students participated in district, state, and national-level championships and won several medals.

Students were selected for state-level football.

Adwait Bhosle qualified for the state-level athletics competition.

Many students won medals in Karate State League.

Trips, Excursions & Learning Beyond Classroom

To make learning joyful and meaningful, our school organised educational trips to Pachmarhi, Jaisalmer, Sanchi Stupa, Mandav, and other places. These tours created wonderful memories and gave students practical exposure.

These facilities reflect our commitment to providing better infrastructure and opportunities.

I also thank all parents for their trust, cooperation, and valuable feedback. A special appreciation goes to our teachers and students for their hard work, discipline, and dedication.
